Duncan qualified as a criminal solicitor in 2008. Since that time he has represented clients accused of a wide range of offences from straightforward theft and public order act offences through to more serious offences such as rape, GBH with intent and Murder and had a great number of successful results.
His friendly yet professional approach is appreciated by clients both new to court proceedings as well as those who have appeared in court before.
Regularly representing youths Duncan is no stranger to the Youth Courts as well as the Police Station and Magistrates Courts. Although known for his personable and empathetic approach to clients he will always ensure that every aspect of their case is fully considered and argue their point strongly in order to achieve the best outcome possible.
When not working Duncan is a keen footballer and treasurer of his Saturday league team. He is also a mentor to Law students at the University of Westminster as well as a visiting lecturer teaching on the LPC Criminal Litigation module.
